Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients adapting to AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Produce proprietary foresight reports and predictive models used by Fortune 500 decision-makers
- Oversee cross-functional R&D projects integrating emerging technologies with human-centric design principles
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills for complex systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
