Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFP) strongly preferred
