Responsibilities
- Macro-Environmental Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and model multiple future scenarios (best, worst, and most likely) to prepare leadership for potential volatility.
- C-Suite Advisory: Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Disruptive Technology Monitoring: Continuously scan the horizon for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Long-term Goal Setting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to long-term growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Business Administration, Economics, Futurism, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, consulting, or a senior leadership role within a Fortune 500 organization.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation and long-term strategy initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets and extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Communication: Superior presentation and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: Advanced degrees or certifications in Strategy (e.g., APICS, CSPO) are a plus.
