Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for complex, real-time data environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Define data pipelines and governance strategies to ensure AI model accuracy and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference latency to support high-traffic consumer applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and AI development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
