Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for technology adoption and innovation leading up to 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and determine their viability for integration.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the execution of long-term projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic plans to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future state of technology and its impact on business operations.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
