Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media profiles across various platforms to drive engagement.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of high-quality content, including blogs, graphics, and video clips.
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research to improve SEO rankings for client websites.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency in all digital assets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
