Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting, stocking, and organization of warehouse materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
