Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance standards
- Train weekend shift staff on new protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification required
- Strong weekend availability (no conflicts)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
