Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily KPI targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify that all items meet company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and inventory movements using our ERP system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Licensure: Valid forklift certification and a clean driving record (if driving a company vehicle).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
