Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage End-User Requests: Log, track, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Asset Management: Assist in the inventory management of IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security configuration.
- Training & Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and assist in user training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Help Desk support or technical support roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
