Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to streamline the supply chain process.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and damage reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (training provided if no experience).
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of reliability.
