Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and audit smart contracts for high-security decentralized applications (DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs).
- Optimize gas usage and ensure high transaction throughput for our blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with the security team to perform rigorous penetration testing and code reviews.
- Integrate off-chain data (Oracles) with on-chain logic to build robust dApps.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for Web3 development within the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cryptographic protocols and blockchain technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3/Solidity or Rust development.
- Deep understanding of blockchain mechanics, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
- Proven experience with smart contract development tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
- Experience deploying and securing contracts on major networks (Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana).
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
