- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends and their business impact.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment is highly preferred.
