Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming technical support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
