Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, employee referrals) to identify top-tier passive candidates.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize recruitment strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software Development or IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Full Stack).
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
