Responsibilities
- Define and Execute the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business goals into a detailed, actionable technical roadmap for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of major strategic initiatives, identifying risks, opportunities, and resource requirements early in the planning phase.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, sales, and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on roadmap priorities.
- Resource Optimization: Manage complex cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively to meet aggressive 2026 delivery targets.
- Roadmap Governance: Maintain a dynamic, prioritized backlog that reflects the evolving landscape of technology and market demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical project management or product management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technical trends and their business impact (specifically regarding future tech roadmaps).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
