Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for the Vision 2026 initiative, aligning with company-wide business goals.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
