The Role
You will be responsible for the high-level design and implementation of our proprietary technology stack. You will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and production-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architectural blueprint for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead technical decision-making processes, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Integrate cutting-edge machine learning models into real-time processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to define technical requirements.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to our next-gen microservices architecture.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and DevOps workflows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Native technologies.
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
