Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technical strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our core stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentor senior engineers, and build high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization: Establish and enforce best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering lifecycle management.
- Crisis Management: Provide technical leadership during critical system deployments and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
