Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our long-term planning.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance systems that can handle the projected growth of our user base and data volume by 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI agents and predictive analytics into core business operations to drive efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for futuristic technologies, including quantum computing readiness and decentralized ledgers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Fluency: Strong knowledge of AI/LLMs, blockchain, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about long-term implications and create adaptive strategies for rapid technological change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
