- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Operations) to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Prioritize investment in R&D initiatives that offer the highest Return on Investment (ROI) for the long term.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Technology Management) is preferred.
- Experience in the Enterprise Software or Fintech sectors is highly desirable.
