Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for Nexus Future Labs, ensuring alignment with our mission to pioneer the technology of 2026.
- Roadmap Architecture: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that drive growth and scalability.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executives, investors, and product teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D partners and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic consulting, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and SaaS ecosystems relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps and delivering complex products on time.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
