Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Product Roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the creation of product vision documents and strategic presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions for future-forward features.
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate the success of the 2026 vision.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Data Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data and market trends into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Roadmunk).
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and innovation.
