Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems serving 10M+ users
- Lead technical architecture decisions and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for scalability
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical roadmap planning
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex systems
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
