Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable backend and frontend systems using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and technical architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and integrate best practices into our engineering workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack or backend architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
