Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead the architecture and technical design for complex projects, ensuring code quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define features and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
