Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability for future growth.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to start immediately (Start Tomorrow) upon offer acceptance.
