Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the engineering team.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline, including deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
