Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and microservices architectures.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or Go, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and optimize system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.
