Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Architecture: Design scalable system architectures and ensure best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to overcome technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
