Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead architectural decisions and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
