Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions designed for future growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system stability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on scalability and high-availability systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
