Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while optimizing application performance and user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
