Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical initiatives by performing code reviews, architecture design, and system optimization to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
