Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to strict coding standards and design patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough unit, integration, and system testing to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and responsiveness.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# and experience with React, Angular, or Node.js frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
