Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvement, and lead generation.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data implementation problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and digital assets for maximum search visibility and user engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed monthly reports to demonstrate ROI and organic growth trends.
- Link Building: Oversee the link building strategy, identifying high-quality backlink opportunities and managing outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and site architecture optimization.
- Tools: Expert level with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
