Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic for enterprise-level clients.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize web copy, meta tags, and headers for maximum keyword relevance and user engagement.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to enhance domain authority and establish industry authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow).
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Mastery of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and HTML/CSS basics.
