Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content structure, to align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Monitor keyword rankings and traffic analytics using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to implement schema markup and improve site architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency or in-house role.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Central guidelines and current SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
