- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify crawl errors, indexability issues, and site speed bottlenecks; implement solutions to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead end-to-end keyword research and gap analysis to target high-intent terms and uncover long-tail opportunities.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, schema markup, and content architecture to align with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Link Building: Develop and manage high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; provide actionable insights through monthly performance reports.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, content writers, and product managers to integrate SEO best practices into the website development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of significantly improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Tools: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
