Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure, ensuring alignment with search engine guidelines.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and relationship management with external publishers.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized copy that engages users and satisfies search intent.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Googleβs latest algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Page Experience).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO findings to non-technical stakeholders.
