Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement scalable solutions to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to target high-value search terms and capture market share.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including high-quality link building campaigns and digital PR.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on traffic growth and conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain compliant and competitive.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff on SEO best practices and tool usage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a SaaS, e-commerce, or tech environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Experience with schema markup, structured data, and site speed optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
