Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Lead large-scale site audits, identifying crawlability, indexability, and core web vitals issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement schema markup, structured data, and site architecture improvements.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to drive decision-making.
- Oversee the content strategy, ensuring alignment with keyword intent and topical authority.
- Manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and digital PR initiatives.
- Mentor junior SEO specialists and conduct training sessions on best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic by at least 30% year-over-year.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithms, including helpful content, page experience, and E-E-A-T updates.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
