Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive organic traffic growth and conversion rates.
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues such as crawl errors, site speed bottlenecks, and structured data implementation.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content writers to ensure consistent execution of optimization tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Dev) to implement SEO best practices into the web development lifecycle.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, and backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Stay abreast of algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adapt our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
- Deep technical understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Expert proficiency in SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing agency relationships if applicable.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
