Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
- Lead complex integrations with external APIs and legacy systems
- Optimize Salesforce performance through SOQL query tuning and bulk processing
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Mentor junior developers on Salesforce architecture patterns
- Implement robust security protocols and data governance frameworks

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns
- Professional Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security models
- Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch org development
