Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across Arizona
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team of 5 representatives
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through pipeline generation and conversion
- Forge key relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Report on KPIs and forecast performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B sales management with 3+ years leading teams
- Proven track record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas
- Experience in SaaS/technology sales highly preferred
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 20% within Arizona region
- Valid driver's license and clean record
