Responsibilities

- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
- Implement best practices for security, testing, and maintainability in all codebases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
