Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using React and modern web technologies.
- Component Development: Build reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries to accelerate development across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth user interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure application reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in React.js.
- Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SCSS/Sass preferred).
- TypeScript: Deep understanding of TypeScript and its type system.
- State Management: Expert knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Tools: Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
