Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance React components and applications using modern best practices.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical mentoring for junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimizing load times across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive designs and collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices.
- State Management: Implement and manage complex state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to ensure data consistency across the application.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js or Gatsby.
- Tools: Solid understanding of build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and documented code.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
