Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning models.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI frameworks focused on 2026-era computational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to optimize quantum processor utilization and error correction.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives and product vision.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system robustness.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Proven experience with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
