Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to executive stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation and quality assurance protocols
- Facilitate client communications and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior project managers and improve team workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
